My Story
I became a registered nurse in 2010. For 15 years, I built my career in healthcare — an industry where precision matters, where documentation is everything, and where the systems behind the scenes determine the quality of every outcome. That background trained me to think about operations differently than most people in tech.
When AI started becoming genuinely useful, I saw something nobody was talking about: the operators who most needed this technology were the ones least equipped to implement it. They had the problems. The tech world had the solutions. Nobody was bridging the gap.
So I built the bridge myself. I got my MBA, founded CH Tech Ventures LLC, joined Dan Martell's SaaS Academy (and his Elite Coaching group), and got accepted into Anthropic's Claude Partner Network. I learned to code — actually code — using Cursor, building N8N automation workflows, and shipping real products.
Today I'm a mom of three, married, based in Louisiana, and I code at midnight after the kids are in bed. I just presented at a tech event in New Orleans about autonomous AI operations. The reaction from the room told me I'm on to something.
I'm not a theorist. Every framework I teach, I've run in production. Every tool I recommend, I've used on my own businesses. The nurse in me won't let me recommend something I haven't tested.

My Approach
The same framework I used as a nurse — assess, implement, measure — applies to every AI project I touch.
Strategy First
We start with your problem, not a tool. I map out where AI can create the most leverage in your operation before writing a single line of code.
Build & Test
We build lean and test fast. No 6-month roadmaps — we get something working and in your hands so you can tell me what's actually useful.
Measure ROI
Every implementation gets metrics attached. Time saved, revenue influenced, errors reduced. If it's not measurable, it doesn't go in.
